  1. 1- Pictures from: The Earth’s Property, sketch or Public Site.
  2. 2- A certificate with approved survey marks from the municipality of the region or its prosecution "outside the province of Salalah" or from the violations follow-up department in relation to rural housing.
  3. 3- Approved engineering maps for the origin with all the documents required by an accredited consultative office from the Dhofar Municipality.
  4. 4- (The engineering maps approved by consulting offices outside the Dhofar Governorate must be approved by another consulting office accredited by the Dhofar municipality).
  5. 5- Approval and approvals of both: General Administration of Civil Defense, General Traffic Department, Ministry of Transport and Communications, Ministry of Environment and Climate Affairs, Ministry of Housing, Ministry of Oil and Gas, Ministry of Trade and Industry, Roads and Lighting Department in Dhofar Municipality, Technical Services Department in Dhofar Municipality Dhofar Energy Company, General Directorate of Water, Oman Telecommunications Company, Salalah Sanitation Services Company.
