Service Description


This service allows the citizen to obtain a letter of approval from the municipality to the authority responsible for the delivery of water service delivery after confirming the readiness of the building and the completion of all construction work, internal and external finishes and other works that the owner of the building enables to use.

  3. 3- A copy of the ID card or the owner’s passport
  4. 4- A copy of the domain of the assest's ownership and sketch.
  5. 5- A copy of the security and safety of the facility from the Department of Civil Defense and Ambulance in Dhofar Governorate, in terms of buildings that have previously commented on engineering graphics from the civil defense of multi-floor buildings and buildings in industrial lands
