Service Description


The service provides obtaining approval from the height of the building in order for the Civil Aviation Authority that the building does not affect the air navigation as part of the authority's commitment to prevent obstacles in all airports of the Sultanate.

  1. - ID card (original and / or copy) or passport (origin and / or copy)
  2. - An official letter addressed to the director of the airport safety department to agree to the height of the building with the following details:
  3. o The height of the building and the specified use of the building (from the land owner or his representative)
  4. o A copy of the Earth's owner's identity card
  5. o A copy of the ownership of the earth
  6. o A copy of the ground drawing, explaining the coordinates
  7. o A certified engineering plan for the project (A3) is determined by the building’s height from the surface of the Earth
  8. Payment of the service fee for obtaining the approval of a government / non -residential building, which is more than 1000 square meters
  1. Submit the application for the authority for a period of not less than a month
