Service Description
Anyone who wishes to obtain Omani nationality can submit the request in accordance with the terms and conditions stipulated in the Omani Nationality Law issued by the Royal Decree No. (38/2014)
Service fee
- 300 OMR for the wife of the citizen, the widow, the divorced, and the minor, the son of citizenship - 600 OMR for the foreigner

www.moi.gov.om- - A copy of the passport, including a valid residence visa and the seal of his first entry to Oman, if any.
- - A copy of the ID
- - A copy of the marriage contract if he is married and from the wife's passports and children and their birth certificates if he has children
- - A testimony from the embassy of the state that holds its nationality or from the competent authorities in that country that its law allows him to give up its nationality
- - A certificate of non-sentences and a vslid certificate of good biography, issued by the competent authorities.
- - A valid certificate of non-condemned from the country whose nationality.
- -A valid health certificate proving that it is free of infectious diseases.
- -Document with the amount of his salary, or his monthly income issued by the authority in which he works or from the competent authority in the Sultanate of Oman
- - Acknowledgment of my book in front of the department includes his desire to assign his foreign nationality
- - A witten approval in front of the department includes determining the names of his minors with the attachment of all their documents and updating these data whenever necessary.
- 1- Residence in the Sultanate for a period of no less than twenty continuous years, or (15) fifteen years if he is married to Omani, provided that her marriage was made with the prior approval of the ministry, and he has a son.
- 2- To be familiar with Arabic reading and writing.
- 3- Unless he has already been sentenced to a crime penalty or a crime that violates honor and honesty, even if he is returned to him.
- 4- To be healthy.
- 5- To have a legitimate source of livelihood.
- 7- To acknowledge his writing of his desire to give up the nationality of the state he holds, and to present what proves that its law allows him to.
