Business (Invest Easy)

The Invest Easy portal (One Stop Shop) provides fast and easy e-services to help set up and manage companies in Oman. Using the e-services helps minimize paperwork and save costs and time.


Customs (Bayan)

Bayan system is an online one-stop-shop offered by the Royal Oman Police (ROP) - Directorate General of Customs that facilitates seamless, convenient and fast clearance of goods for trading communities.



Ministry of Manpower provides a single online platform to the Citizens and Business Owners to find services related information and apply for those services through a unified and easy to use application.

Service Description

Offering usufruct lands to small and medium enterprises in coordination with the Ministry of Housing and Urban Planning.

  1. 1- Entrepreneurship card information.
  2. 2- Commercial registration information.
  3. 3- Adding an economic feasibility study for the project or a business plan
  4. 4- The lease contract and the municipal license
  5. 5- Bank account statement
  6. 6- Engineering chart
  7. 7- Industrial license certificate (according to the type of land declared, if the scheme is industrial)
  1. The lands are granted the right to use for small and medium enterprises based on the Ministry of Housing Decision No. 12/2016 in accordance with the following conditions:
  2. 1- That the institution be fully owned by an Omani citizen
  3. 2- That the Foundation's main headquarters be in the Sultanate of Oman
  4. 3- That the owner of the institution be free to its departments
  5. 4- That the institution is registered with the Small and Medium Enterprises DeveloPMent Authority
  6. 5- All partners must be emptied in the event of partnership
  7. 6- Not holding government land with the right to use.

  6. • Implementing the initial sorting electronically through the portal and notifying unqualified applicants not to approve their request. • Communicate with the owners of qualified applications to attend the interview by the authority’s competent department. • Conducting and evaluating qualified applicants by the competent department of the authority. • Review the results of the sorting committee on the right to use to determine the initial approval to submit a plan on the project by the authority’s competent department. • Preparing/ evaluating the project plan and applicant. • The final approval by the authority’s competent department.
