Business (Invest Easy)

The Invest Easy portal (One Stop Shop) provides fast and easy e-services to help set up and manage companies in Oman. Using the e-services helps minimize paperwork and save costs and time.


Customs (Bayan)

Bayan system is an online one-stop-shop offered by the Royal Oman Police (ROP) - Directorate General of Customs that facilitates seamless, convenient and fast clearance of goods for trading communities.



Ministry of Manpower provides a single online platform to the Citizens and Business Owners to find services related information and apply for those services through a unified and easy to use application.

Service Description

Training programs aimed at developing, enhancing and qualifying the capabilities of entrepreneurs and small and medium enterprises. They may be general or specialized programs and are implemented in cooperation with the competent authorities (governmental or private).

  3. Completion of the requirements of the training program according to the specialization of the program

  2. 1- Announcing the training program and opening the door for registration through the authority’s website. 2- Providing a request for training services through the authority’s website or by transferring from the departments concerned with the authority

  6. 1- Evaluating and sorting the results of registration (acceptance) by the competent authority in the authority. 2- The work pioneer is informed of the date of training electronically. 3- Awareness workshops and training programs are presented by commercial specialists or specialized institutes. 4- Evaluating the program when completed by the work pioneer through an electronic questionnaire that is sent to him. 5- Follow up the results achieved from the training and the achievement of the goals required of them by the authority’s competent department.
