Service Description

This service is designed to facilitate the registration of expert applications, including the collection and evaluation of their data and documents. It further involves the approval of applications, acceptance of qualified experts, collection of registration fees, and issuance of expert ID Cards.

  2. 2 - To be enjoying complete eligibility.
  3. 3 - To be non -employees of the units of the state’s administrative apparatus and other public legal persons, and non -lawyers.
  4. 4 - Not less than (30) thirty years.
  5. 5 - That Mahmoud al -Sirah be a good reputation, and that a final ruling has been issued against him in a felony or a crime that violates honor or honesty, unless he was rehabilitated.
  6. 6 - He must have a certificate from one of the universities, colleges or institutes recognized in the field of his specialization, and an equation from the competent authorities in relation to the certificate issued from outside the Sultanate of Oman, and that it is in the Arabic language, or translated if it is in another language, or that he has a certificate Legal accountant and licensed from the concerned authority.
  7. 7 - The period of experience is not less than (5) five years after obtaining the required certificate in relation to the registration in the registry, and not less than (5) five years if it is a legal person, and (10) ten years if it is a natural person in relation to the registration in the table.
