Service Description


This service includes two aspects o Violations issued by the department for nurseries violating nurseries regulations o Complaints received by parents or the community

  1. With regard to the violation of nurseries, the following procedures are followed in accordance with the penalty clause in the nursery regulations, Chapter Ten - Penalties:
  2. o A 30-day notice to rectify the violation
  3. o Temporary closure of the nursery in case of non-rectification and expiration of the period.
  4. o If the rectification is not made during the temporary closure, the final closure procedure will be taken.
  5. • In the event of a complaint from a beneficiary or a citizen:
  6. o Receive a letter from the local beneficiary containing all the details of the complaint.
  7. o In the case of reporting through the protection line, the matter is referred from the Protection Department to the Child Affairs Department.
  8. o A regular follow-up visit is made and cameras are viewed if necessary.
  9. o Addressing the nursery about the existence of the complaint and stating an official response from them.
  10. o Refer the matter to the Legal Affairs Department for a legal opinion.
  11. o Respond to the complainant or hold a meeting to settle the problem between the parties if it is financial or if necessary.
  12. • In the event of evidence of child abuse, the matter is referred to the Public Prosecution Department by the Family Protection Department.
