Service Description
Support for integrated fish farming projects
- 1- Copy of valid ID card.
- 2- Copy of labor force registration card.
- 3- Copy of fish farming activity license issued by the ministry or fish farm establishment license.
- 4- Copy of agricultural land ownership card or valid lease contract.
- 5- Copy of maps or survey drawings of the farm according to the conditions and specifications prescribed by the ministry.
- 6- Submission of a feasibility study for the project and a business plan for the project.
- 1- That the beneficiary of the support is obligated to implement the provisions of the Marine Fishing Law and protect water wealth, its executive regulations and the decisions implementing it.
- 2- Not to have been sentenced to the beneficiary of the support in violation of the Maritime Fishing Law during the past two years before approves his entitlement to support.
- 3- The Ministry has the right to take the necessary measures to ensure that the beneficiary does not support the sale or relinquish the boat, ship, equiPMent, devices, or equiPMent obtained through support.
- 4- Granting support according to the precedence of requests that meet the conditions prescribed and the owner of the request, and it is not permissible to transfer it to another person except in the event of death, so one of the heirs that meets the conditions for granting support based on the agreement of all the other heirs upon multiplicity, and with the approval of the ministry.
- 5- That the beneficiary of the support has an existing farm and has a valid agricultural possession card and a license to practice the fish farming activity issued by the ministry.
- 6- The beneficiary of the support is obligated to the instructions and instructions decided by the competent authorities in the ministry.
- 7- The priority of support is given to those who have not previously been granted support from the same category of support specified in the aforementioned supplement, according to the economic feasibility to establish a fish farming project and the needs of each region according to the Ministry's programs and plans.
- 8- The one-time support is granted to the same farm from each type of categories referred to in Appendix No. (5) of these regulations except for fish feed and small (seed) fish according to the program that defines the competent authority in the ministry.
- 9- The beneficiary may not dispose of the devices or equiPMent supported by selling or waiving them within five years from the date of obtaining support except after obtaining written approval from the competent directorate.
