Service Description
Support for purchasing and owning equipment and devices for the fisheries industry.
- 1- Copy of valid ID card.
- 2- Copy of the labor force registry card.
- 3- Copy of a valid fishery establishment license.
- 4- Copy of commercial registration documents, Chamber of Commerce and Industry membership certificate, computer records, and a signed form.
- 5- Copies of environmental and industrial licenses.
- 6- Copy of Ministry's approval (Fishery Industry Certificate + Quality Control Certificate).
- 7- Submission of an economic feasibility study for the project and related documents.
- 8- Copies of the lease agreement or land ownership documents.
- 1- That the beneficiary of the support is obligated to implement the provisions of the Marine Fishing Law and protect water wealth, its executive regulations and the decisions implementing it.
- 2- He should not have been sentenced to the beneficiary of the support in violation of the marine fishing law during the past two years before approved his entitlement to support.
- 3- The Ministry has the right to take the necessary measures to ensure that the beneficiary does not support the disposal in the boat, ship, equiPMent, devices, or equiPMent that he obtained through support.
- 4- Support is granted according to the precedence of requests that meet the conditions prescribed, and it is not permissible to transfer support to another person except in the event of death, so one of the heirs that meets the conditions for granting support is based on the agreement of all other heirs when pluralism and with the approval of the ministry.
- 5- That the facility or factory is registered with the competent authorities and holds a license from the ministry in effect.
- 6- The beneficiary of the support provides a study of the economic feasibility of the project and the documents for this.
- 7- That the beneficiary of the support obtain approvals related to the subject of support from the competent authorities in the Ministry.
- 8- That the beneficiary undertake the support to implement the ministry’s directives and guidance that would raise the efficiency of production.
- 9- Support is granted only once for each type of equiPMent and devices referred to in Appendix No. (3) attached to these regulations.
- 10- The beneficiary may not dispose of the equiPMent or equiPMent supported by selling or waived them within ten years from the date of obtaining support, and five years for the factory with the support or which has been updated according to the support system, except after written approval from the competent directorate.
- 11- The priority of support is determined according to the following ranking:
- A- Those who have not previously been granted support from the same equiPMent and equiPMent mentioned in the fly No. (3).
- B- The factories located in the coastal states committed to the proportions prescribed for the Omani.
- 12- Any other conditions determined by the ministry.
