Business (Invest Easy)

The Invest Easy portal (One Stop Shop) provides fast and easy e-services to help set up and manage companies in Oman. Using the e-services helps minimize paperwork and save costs and time.


Customs (Bayan)

Bayan system is an online one-stop-shop offered by the Royal Oman Police (ROP) - Directorate General of Customs that facilitates seamless, convenient and fast clearance of goods for trading communities.



Ministry of Manpower provides a single online platform to the Citizens and Business Owners to find services related information and apply for those services through a unified and easy to use application.

Service Description

Approval of holding events in the municipality sites.

  1. -A formal request letter addressed and stamped to the Events Management Department, specifying the event details, venue, and date and time.
  2. -Submission of supporting documents that demonstrate the beneficiary's expertise in event organization, including valid commercial registration papers indicating the nature of the activity (event organization) certified by the relevant authorities.
  3. -Attachment of a general map of the event venue, clearly indicating the designated areas.
  4. -Approval from the Ministry of Commerce, Industry, and Investment Promotion for events falling under exhibition regulations.
  5. -Approval from the Ministry of Social Development for events falling under charitable markets regulations.
  6. -Approval from the Royal Oman Police (General Traffic and Operations Department).
  7. -Approval from the General Directorate of Health Affairs for events involving food and beverages.

  10. - Acceptance or rejection is approved by managing events, and the investor is granted an official message with initial approval in the event of admission. After obtaining initial approval, the beneficiary will bring a copy of all the required approvals from the aforementioned authorities to the Events Department, and then the company can practice the event.
