Service Description


Make an amendment to the contract data.

  1. A letter signed by both parties, including the requested amendment.
  2. A copy of the ID cards of both parties or their authorized representatives.
  3. A copy of the lease agreement to be amended.
  4. A copy of the commercial registration, if the lessee is a company, ALOng with a copy of the ID card of the authorized signatory.
  5. A copy of the legal power of attorney if the lessor is represented by a legal agent.
  6. A copy of the legal notice (for heirs).
  7. A copy of the property ownership and land plot sketch, if there is a technical or sanitary inspection.
