The Invest Easy portal (One Stop Shop) provides fast and easy e-services to help set up and manage companies in Oman. Using the e-services helps minimize paperwork and save costs and time.


Customs (Bayan)

Bayan system is an online one-stop-shop offered by the Royal Oman Police (ROP) - Directorate General of Customs that facilitates seamless, convenient and fast clearance of goods for trading communities.

Service Description

It is documenting the cancellation of the rental relationship between the lessor and the tenant under the request to cancel a signed contract between the two parties or according to a court ruling.

  1. -A copy of the previous contract.
  2. -A contract cancellation letter signed by the lessor and lessee.
  3. -A stamp on the cancellation document if there is a company or institution involved, ALOng with a copy of the authorized person's ID.
  4. -A copy of the ID cards of the parties to the contract (lessor and lessee).
  5. -A copy of the commercial registration for the lessee if they are an institution.
  6. -A copy of the commercial registration for the lessor if they are an institution.
  7. -A copy of the ID card of the signatory if the signing party is acting as an authorized representative or agent (on behalf of the lessee and lessor).
  8. -A copy of the legal power of attorney if the lessor is represented by a legal agent.
