Business (Invest Easy)

The Invest Easy portal (One Stop Shop) provides fast and easy e-services to help set up and manage companies in Oman. Using the e-services helps minimize paperwork and save costs and time.


Customs (Bayan)

Bayan system is an online one-stop-shop offered by the Royal Oman Police (ROP) - Directorate General of Customs that facilitates seamless, convenient and fast clearance of goods for trading communities.



Ministry of Manpower provides a single online platform to the Citizens and Business Owners to find services related information and apply for those services through a unified and easy to use application.

Service Description

Disbursement of assistance in cases of damages to residences, loss of sole sources of income, and loss of lives due to fires, floods, rains, storms, winds, and other incidents. The assistance is disbursed with the approval of the esteemed Minister for loss of lives, the approval of the honorable Deputy Minister for damages to the sole source of income, and the approval of the General Director for damages to residences.

  10. In the event that the director of development in the governorates recommends assisting, he shall submit the issue to the Director General of the Governorate to agree to the recommendation or reject the request.

  14. After approval of the recommendation to assist or refer the request to the esteemed undersecretary for the final approval, the decision to approve assistance depends on the value of the amount.

After the approval of the Director General / His Excellency the Undersecretary of the Ministry of the amount of assistance, the request is transferred electronically to the director of the department and then to the competent employee to enter the exchange data automatically and transfer to the bank.
