The Invest Easy portal (One Stop Shop) provides fast and easy e-services to help set up and manage companies in Oman. Using the e-services helps minimize paperwork and save costs and time.


Customs (Bayan)

Bayan system is an online one-stop-shop offered by the Royal Oman Police (ROP) - Directorate General of Customs that facilitates seamless, convenient and fast clearance of goods for trading communities.

Service Description

In this service, a request is made to open a branch affiliated with a specialized rehabilitation center that has a previous license. The branch should be in the same Willayat or in another Willayat, and it will provide the same rehabilitation services or other services of the same nature as the previous licensed activities, or it may engage in different activities. The purpose is to expand the services provided by the main center or to offer new rehabilitation services for disabilities that were not covered by the main branch. This request will be made through an official letter submitted by the owner of the center to the director of the rehabilitation department.

  1. • Rehabilitation center opening application form for individuals, companies, and associations.
  2. • Commitment to comply with the Executive Regulations.
  3. • Proposal for opening rehabilitation centers (feasibility study of the project components).
  4. • Copy of the commercial register with the inclusion of the rehabilitation activity for the disabled.
  5. • Copy of one of the academic certificates (Bachelor's - Master's - Ph.D.). The application will not be accepted if the academic qualification is lower than the mentioned qualifications.
  6. • Copy of the membership card Oman Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
  7. • Personal photos.
  8. • Copy of the national ID card or passport.
  9. • No criminal record for individuals.
  10. • Bank account statement for 6 months.
  11. • After final approval of the license, a bank guarantee should be submitted to the Administrative and Financial Affairs Department.
