Service Description


The owner of the private rehabilitation center submits a request for the allocation of a piece of land through the right to use from the Ministry of Housing and Urban Planning, in order to establish a rehabilitation center for people with disabilities.

  5. • Current center lease agreement.

  7. • Commercial register certificate from the The Ministry of Commerce, Industry & Investment Promotion.
  8. • Membership card of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry.

  2. The owner of the center submits a request to allocate a plot of land to the General Directorate of Persons with Disabilities, with all the required documents.

The Director of the Rehabilitation Department, in coordination with the Director of Administrative and Financial Affairs in the Directorate of Persons with Disabilities, studies the request and verifies the fulfillment of the request for all requirements and raises the technical recommendation of the General Manager
