Service Description

The eligible beneficiaries who meet the requirements submit a request to open a rehabilitation/vocational rehabilitation center, ALOng with all the necessary documents, in order to obtain the license. The request is then studied, and the proposed building for the center is inspected before issuing the license.

  1. • Rehabilitation center opening application form for individuals, companies, and associations.
  2. • Commitment to comply with the Executive Regulations.
  3. • Proposal for opening rehabilitation centers (feasibility study of the project components).
  4. • Copy of the commercial register with the inclusion of the rehabilitation activity for the disabled.
  5. • Copy of one of the academic certificates (Bachelor's - Master's - Ph.D.). The application will not be accepted if the academic qualification is lower than the mentioned qualifications.
  6. • Copy of the membership card Oman Chamber of Commerce and Industry.

  10. • Bank account statement for 6 months.
  11. • After final approval of the license, a bank guarantee should be submitted to the Administrative and Financial Affairs Department.
