Service Description


The service is provided (for public libraries/mosques/charitable organizations/social Development committees/charitable projects/Quran schools) for collecting donations from the public through one of the fundraising methods. The service allows requesting a license or renewing the license.

  1. • A letter from the requesting entity or its authorized representative requesting a license to collect money from the public, specifying the purpose of fundraising, the fundraising methods, and the required number of permits for fundraising activities.
  2. • A no-objection letter from the supervising authority of the requesting entity, allowing the collection of donations from the public for the purpose of funding activities.
  3. • Completion of a form for collecting money from the public.
  4. • Copy of the bank account statement for the requesting entity.
  5. • Copy of the property ownership and the sketch of the land, if necessary.
  6. • Copies of the personal ID Cards of the authorized signatories for the requesting entity's account.
  7. • Copies of the personal ID Cards of the committee members responsible for managing the fundraising funds for the requesting entity.
  8. • A list of proposed collection locations and their addresses.
