Service Description


Requesting a periodic re-evaluation of the injured person within four years from the date of the initial disability proof, unless the medical committee determines that no changes are likely to occur during this period. The permanent disability and its degree, any changes that may occur, recovery of the injured person, or their return to work shall be proven by a certificate from the specialized medical committee. The decision may be appealed each time
