The Invest Easy portal (One Stop Shop) provides fast and easy e-services to help set up and manage companies in Oman. Using the e-services helps minimize paperwork and save costs and time.


Customs (Bayan)

Bayan system is an online one-stop-shop offered by the Royal Oman Police (ROP) - Directorate General of Customs that facilitates seamless, convenient and fast clearance of goods for trading communities.

Service Description

a student can submit a request to change the study schedule (morning, evening, etc.), provided that the application includes an acceptance letter from the institution the student is enrolled in and a clear study plan that indicates the student's study period.

  1. A letter from the employer requesting a modification of the study period (in case the student is an employee).
  2. Acceptance letter from the university specifying the student's study period.
  3. Letter from the cultural office (or the equivalent summary of the student's request, which is attached to the student's file by the cultural office after the student is transferred to External Scholarship Department or the Department of Higher Studies and Scholarships).
