Service Description


It is granted based on the request and responsibility of the employer to the foreigner coming to work, under a license issued by the Ministry of Labour unless the employer is a government entity.

  1. Two personal photos sized 4x6 cm.
  2. A valid passport photo of the foreigner with a minimum validity of six months.
  3. Work permit issued by the Ministry of Labour with a copy for each application.
  4. Medical examination card ALOng with a copy, approved by the Ministry of Health, for applicants from certain countries (India, Pakistan, the Philippines, Bangladesh, Indonesia, Sri Lanka, Egypt, Sudan, Ethiopia, Syrian Arab Republic, Nepal).
  1. - The agency of the visa must be at least twenty -one years when the application is submitted.
  2. He does not have another valid visa to enter the Sultanate.
  3. - The required documents are valid to complete the visa application.
  4. - The period of residence in the Sultanate of Oman does not exceed two years and renewable for the same period, after renewal in the Ministry of Labor.
  5. - The fees are not recovered.
  6. - The visa applicant has a valid passport for a period of no less than (6) six months.
