The Invest Easy portal (One Stop Shop) provides fast and easy e-services to help set up and manage companies in Oman. Using the e-services helps minimize paperwork and save costs and time.


Customs (Bayan)

Bayan system is an online one-stop-shop offered by the Royal Oman Police (ROP) - Directorate General of Customs that facilitates seamless, convenient and fast clearance of goods for trading communities.

Service Description

Request to amend the registered date of end-of-service of insured person in the authority’s records after more than a year

  4. 4- Supporting documents to verify the accuracy of the statement

  6. 6- Additional documents may be required depending on the transaction process or any updates to the request.
  1. 1- The employer can submit the application retroactively after the passage of one or more years on the date of leaving the service registered in the authority. As for the insured, he can request amending the date of the end of the service, when it was found that the date registered in the authority is not correct
