The Invest Easy portal (One Stop Shop) provides fast and easy e-services to help set up and manage companies in Oman. Using the e-services helps minimize paperwork and save costs and time.


Customs (Bayan)

Bayan system is an online one-stop-shop offered by the Royal Oman Police (ROP) - Directorate General of Customs that facilitates seamless, convenient and fast clearance of goods for trading communities.



Ministry of Manpower provides a single online platform to the Citizens and Business Owners to find services related information and apply for those services through a unified and easy to use application.

Service Description

The termination of the usufruct occurs after signing the contract by all parties involved.

  1. - Proof of title or the usufruct contract.
  2. - Letter by contract parties.
  3. - Site sketch.
  4. - Personal identification documents and authorization documents
  5. If the applicant applies for the service in person:
  6. - Copy of the ID card or the valid passport.
  7. If the authorized agent submitted the application:
  8. - The power of attorney, including usufruct registration request.
  9. - Copy of the applicant's identity card.
  10. - Copy of the agent's identity card.
  1. - The property should not be reserved or mortgaged except with the approval of the mortgaged authority.
  2. - The property to be transferred is not to be transferred to the usufruct on it any legal contraindications.
