A service provided for companies to register a real estate purchase and sale agreement and issue proof of title of the property

Drawing of the ownership bond: (10) OMR Contract fee: (2) OMR. 3% of the value of the property selling - (25) riyals fee a form that owns real estate for the company

- • Copy of the proof of title of the property to be purchased.
- • Copy of the site sketch of the property to be purchased.
- 2. The documents issued by other entities:
- • Complete commercial registry information, issued by the Ministry of Trade, Industry and Investment Promotion
- • A copy of the membership certificate of the Oman Trade and Industry Chamber
- • A copy of the municipal license - issued by the municipality
- 3. If the property is purchased for the purpose of real estate Development:
- • Approval from the competent author for projects of a special nature.
- 4. Other documents:
- • Meeting minutes from the partners in the company that is certified by the Oman Chamber of Commerce and Industry. It must state the company's intention to purchase the property, specify the purpose of the ownership, contain detailed information about the property, and authorize a representative to sign sales contracts and receive and deliver all documents.
- 1. In the event that the company purchases the property to practice its licensed activity:
- • The type of use of real estate (commercial / commercial / industrial / tourist) should be only. It is not possible to buy for residential or agricultural use only.
- • The property must be in the same geographical region (the governorate) in which the company is practicing its activities.
- 2. In the event that the company purchases the property for real estate develoPMent:
- • That the company be fully owned by Omanis or citizens of the Gulf Cooperation Council countries, the percentage of the contribution of the Omanis or citizens of the Cooperation Council countries for the Arab Gulf States.
- • That the company be a general shareholder or a closed contribution, the percentage of the contribution of Omanis or citizens of the Cooperation Council states in the company is not less than 30 % permanently.
- • The property to be owned is not in the prepared areas.
