Service Description
The visa is issued to foreign individuals who seek to invest in the country upon obtaining a certificate from the appropriate authority. If the investor intends to reside and work in the company in which they will invest, they must additionally obtain a work permit from the Ministry of Labor.
- - 2 personal photos size (4 x 6) cm.
- - Copy of the investor passport valid for a period of no less than 6 months.
- - The partnership certificate issued by the Ministry of Trade, Industry and Investment Promotion and a copy of it.
- - Copy of the signatures of the authorized signatories by the Ministry of Commerce, Industry and Investment Promotion.
- - The labor license issued by the Ministry of Labor and sealed with an investor seal.
- - Copy of the membership certificate of the Oman Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
- - Copy of the valid commercial registration
- - The medical examination of those coming from the countries specified by the Ministry of Health (such as India, Pakistan, the Philippines, Bangladesh, Indonesia, Egypt, Sudan, Ethiopia, Syria, Nepal), provided that this examination is certified by the Ministry of Health.
- That age is not less than (21) twenty -one years.
- - The investor or partner must obtain approval from the Ministry of Trade and Industry and Investment Promotion within the Sultanate of Oman
