Service Description


Carrying out a project that serves a large segment of society according to a royal decree or a project that serves the locals based on the approval of the land owners to expropriate their lands. The owners will be duly compensated and the project will be implemented on their respective lands.

  1. If the application is submitted by a government entity:
  2. - A copy of the Royal Decree or the decision to implement the project (executive regulation)
  3. - Project Maps (soft and hard copies)
  4. If the application is submitted by a group of citizens with the approval of the competent authority:
  5. - Approval letter from the competent party
  6. - Request letter
  7. - Approval letter from lands owners
  8. - Copy of the proof of title of the lands
  9. - Copies of the proof of title of the lands to be affected
  10. - Copies of the site sketches of the lands to be affected
  11. - Copies of identity cards for the owners of the lands to be affected
  12. Documents extracted during service processing:
  13. Memorandum/ Approval Memorandum
  14. - Request for land registration
  15. - The new land file
  16. - Reservation/ cancellation/ registration form of the land
