Service Description
It is issued by the competent authority upon the request of the employer to the foreign worker whose job nature necessitates preliminary tests conducted by government entities before final employment
- . 2 personal photos size (4 x 6) cm.
- . Copy of the foreigner's passport, valid for at least six months.
- . Copy of the signature of the authorized signatory by the Ministry of Commerce, Industry and Investment Promotion.
- . Copy of the membership certificate of the Oman Chamber of Commerce and Industry and a copy of the valid business registration.
- . Approval letter from the competent government entity
- - Extending residence for the first time, through the employer, can extend the residence for the second time and the next time, it will be only by visiting the General Administration of Passports and Residence.
- - It is allowed to extend the visit for one month.
- - The visa must be used to enter the Sultanate within 3 months from the date of issuance.
- - If the visitor exceeds the period of his visit to the Sultanate, he must pay a fine of (10) ten Omani riyals for each additional day.
- - The visa must be outside the Sultanate of Oman when submitting the visa application.
