Service Description


Separation of a part of a plot of land provided by the property owner or his agent. In order to obtain this service, the applicant must submit a devesion project approved by a consulting office accompanied by detailed drawings and all the existing preoccupations on the plot showing which part of the land plot is being separated.The separation of part of the land plot is approved according to the plans, and to the planning requirements of the area where the land plot is located, and the service outputs include new Cadastral drawings and new title deeds.
