Service Description
Extension of the plot of land (for all uses except agricultural) provided that the area of extension does not exceed half the area of the original plot of land. The extension request must comply with the planning aspects. In the event that the extension is approved, a new survey drawing shall be issued that includes the extended land area, and a new title deed.

- An extension request is approved according to the following conditions:
- - Not to prejudice the wonders of valleys, mountains, roads, public facilities and voids for public benefit;
- The extension space is not valid to create another piece;
- - The extension aims to improve the position of the original piece;
- - That it is not possible to use the extension space except for his applicant, and in the case of participating in the use, the extension area is divided equally between them;
- - He should not have been issued on the extension space in a violation in the competent municipality;
- Not to harm the neighboring pieces in terms of services such as roads and general benefits;
