Business (Invest Easy)

The Invest Easy portal (One Stop Shop) provides fast and easy e-services to help set up and manage companies in Oman. Using the e-services helps minimize paperwork and save costs and time.


Customs (Bayan)

Bayan system is an online one-stop-shop offered by the Royal Oman Police (ROP) - Directorate General of Customs that facilitates seamless, convenient and fast clearance of goods for trading communities.



Ministry of Manpower provides a single online platform to the Citizens and Business Owners to find services related information and apply for those services through a unified and easy to use application.

Service Description

The company submits a request to add a sub-domain in the Esnad system based on the applicable conditions in the Companies Registration Regulations and ensures that it fulfills the required technical and administrative requirements and the resulting additional fees based on the company's request.

  4. - Tax certificate - ID cards of the company's owners.
  5. - Personal cards - for the attached technical staff.
  6. A copy of the passport and visa, in case a member of the technical staff is a foreigner.
  7. Academic certificate certified by the concerned authorities.
  8. - The registration papers of the partner companies in the event that the company has a foreign partner or evidence from the owners of the partner companies, whether local or international.
  1. - The beneficiary must see the conditions required for the degree to be registered and fulfilled according to the regulations for the classification and registration of companies, while ensuring that the technical requirements are compatible to access the site.
  2. - The required data is prepared for the company's registration.
  3. - Follow up on the subject of registration through the available communication channels, the company must submit the renewal request a month before the request is over.
  4. - The company must have its own email.
  5. - The company must pledge to the authenticity of the data attached to the system and maintain the confidentiality of its information.
  6. -Add the commercial record updated by the new required activity or field.
  7. - Ensuring the validity of the rest of the attached documents (Chamber- Tax- Explanation of Omani- Leadership Card, if any, personal cards for the owners of the company or the owner and the relevant identification documents- the attached technical staff data (in the event of registration in contracting or consulting).
