The Invest Easy portal (One Stop Shop) provides fast and easy e-services to help set up and manage companies in Oman. Using the e-services helps minimize paperwork and save costs and time.


Customs (Bayan)

Bayan system is an online one-stop-shop offered by the Royal Oman Police (ROP) - Directorate General of Customs that facilitates seamless, convenient and fast clearance of goods for trading communities.

Service Description

The authority receives reports of any suspicious behavior related to consumer issues such as the expiration of products or breaking the law and so on. These communications are sent to the authorities by people who identify themselves as part of the report details. The process begins when the reporting party alerts the Authority to the issue by reporting it through a phone call to the Authority's call center, the Authority's website, or a smartphone app or to report it personally to the concerned department.
