Service Description
The aim of this service is to provide the possibility for commercial establishments and companies to request usufruct service from government lands, as the usufruct contract remains with the government of the Sultanate of Oman after the contract is registered. The usufructuary (companies and commercial establishments) must pay the annual rental fee in addition to the annual renewal of the usufruct contract in order to use a piece of land (usufruct).
