Service Description
Documenting the rental relationship between the landlord and the lessee so that the lessee can benefit from the leased property during the contract period in return for an agreed-upon rent.
Service fee
3% contract registration fees from the monthly rental value. 9 %of a delay fine is calculated from the delay after the lapse of the month.
