Service Description


It is a temporary license to establish a civil cultural center in any state of the Sultanate to be a destination for readers

  1. A letter from the governor
  2. A list of founders' names
  3. A copy of the passport or identity card of each founder
  4. Founders' forms.
  5. -Original recent non-conviction certificate issued by the Royal Oman Police
  6. A copy of the academic qualification
  7. A copy of the establishment or articles of association of the legal person and the commercial register
  8. Title deed of the land on which the library or center is to be built (if any)
  9. The suggested name for the library or center
  10. Draft internal regulations for the organization of work in the library or center
  1. To be Omani nationality
  2. To be full of eligibility and not be less than 22 years old
  3. - Be of good conduct.
  4. -To have a scientific qualification.
  5. -To be a resident of the state in which the library will be established or the center
