The Invest Easy portal (One Stop Shop) provides fast and easy e-services to help set up and manage companies in Oman. Using the e-services helps minimize paperwork and save costs and time.


Customs (Bayan)

Bayan system is an online one-stop-shop offered by the Royal Oman Police (ROP) - Directorate General of Customs that facilitates seamless, convenient and fast clearance of goods for trading communities.

Service Description

Documenting the continuity of the rental relationship between the lessor and the lessee for the previous leased property.

  1. - A request form for renewing a lease contract signed between the parties to the contract.
  2. A copy of the previous contract to be renewed.
  3. A copy of the personal identification cards of the parties to the contract (the landlord and the lessee).
  4. A copy of the resident card.
  5. - Stamp of the company or institution on the contract renewal form next to the signature.
  6. - In the event that commercial contracts are renewed electronically, the renewal authority must be obtained from Muscat Municipality.
  1. - That the renewal takes place within a month from the date of the contract validity, otherwise it will result in a fine of delaying the renewal of the contract.
  2. - In the event of a subconscious leasing, the period of the contract between the two parties should not exceed the period of the basic contract concluded between the property owner and (the investor/beneficiary).

  2. - The beneficiary (landlord) submits the request through available channels using electronic authentication with the personal identification card. - If the service is provided through Sanad Service Centers or transactions follow-up offices, the beneficiary submits the required documents for renewal (such as the ID card, authorization form, powers of attorney or heirs information, or other documents requested by the office), and the concerned employee at Sanad Service Centers or transaction follow-up offices complete the request electronically
