Business (Invest Easy)

The Invest Easy portal (One Stop Shop) provides fast and easy e-services to help set up and manage companies in Oman. Using the e-services helps minimize paperwork and save costs and time.


Customs (Bayan)

Bayan system is an online one-stop-shop offered by the Royal Oman Police (ROP) - Directorate General of Customs that facilitates seamless, convenient and fast clearance of goods for trading communities.

Service Description

This service allows for depositing and distributing a large quantity of letters to local and international subscribers on a monthly basis. A contract is signed with Oman Post for the receipt and delivery of outgoing mail, with costs based on the weight and destination

  2. - The beneficiary "sender" visits the post office to deposit a large number of letters for distribution inside the subscribers' mailboxes, or they can request a pickup from their location as agreed, providing personal details of both sender and recipient along with the correct recipient's address for all the letters - The sender fills out the form

Upon approval of the shipment, the concerned employee records all the shipment details, sender, recipient, as well as service fees based on weight and the recipient's local or international address. Then, an official receipt with the registered shipment tracking number is issued and provided to the customer
