The Invest Easy portal (One Stop Shop) provides fast and easy e-services to help set up and manage companies in Oman. Using the e-services helps minimize paperwork and save costs and time.


Customs (Bayan)

Bayan system is an online one-stop-shop offered by the Royal Oman Police (ROP) - Directorate General of Customs that facilitates seamless, convenient and fast clearance of goods for trading communities.

Service Description

A procedure carried out by the beneficiary through updating the data of the entitled individuals to verify the continued compliance with the conditions for entitlement to the pension of the pensioner or those entitled to it, in accordance with the provisions of the Post-Service Pension and Rewards Law for Omani Government Employees

  1. - Annual follow-up form for data update
  1. As for the heirs who are entitled to the pensioner, the follow -up is done by submitting the periodic follow -up form in the month of the death of the retired
  2. In this case, the following requires:-
  3. 1- The form is signed by the agent or due
  4. 2- Documents indicating the change in the benefits of the beneficiaries

  2. The beneficiary submits the follow-up form annually, based on the date of the pensioner's death month, to update the heirs' information or for non-Omani retirees, attaching the relevant document indicating any changes in the social or employment status of the beneficiary

  6. The concerned employee reviews the documents, and if there are any remarks, the application is returned to the beneficiary with detailed remarks for necessary adjustments. If the application is found to be complete and accurate, it is duly recorded and referred to the relevant department
