An appeal submitted in the performance order in accordance with the rules of the rulings established in a newspaper deposited with the secretariat of the court, and the time for appealing the order begins from the date of the expiration of the time for grievance against it or the judgment as if it was not pursuant to the text of Article (201) of the Law
