Business (Invest Easy)

The Invest Easy portal (One Stop Shop) provides fast and easy e-services to help set up and manage companies in Oman. Using the e-services helps minimize paperwork and save costs and time.


Customs (Bayan)

Bayan system is an online one-stop-shop offered by the Royal Oman Police (ROP) - Directorate General of Customs that facilitates seamless, convenient and fast clearance of goods for trading communities.

Service Description

A service that helps graduate students to know and pay the tuition fees prescribed for each semester according to the registered subjects.

  1. 1. If the university is postponed or withdrawn from the courses/ the message during the deletion period (X), 70% of the fees paid in that semester will be returned.
  2. 2. If the university is postponed or withdrawn from the university’s courses/ with the letter after the deletion period with an estimate (x), no amount of the fees paid in that chapter.
  3. 3. In the event that the student is dismissed from the university, no amount of the fees paid in that semester is returned.
  4. 4. In the event of canceling or freezing courses for any reason by the university, the entire paid fees are returned in that semester.
  5. 5. In the event of an extension, the student pays 50 riyals for each semester in which he will extend.
  6. 6. In the event that any course is returned, that course fee is paid completely again.
  7. 7. In the event that the tuition fees are not paid for one separation, the tuition fees will be placed in the SIS system and the student is prevented from registering for the next semester.
  8. The observations received are for students who are registered before the fall 2018 semester, while the students registered as of the fall 2018 semester, the points above are applied to them, except for point No. (1) and (7), they will be as follows:
