Service Description
Obtaining a building permit for the purpose (modification, adding, total design) on an existing or under construction building for a plot of land that a building permit has been issued previously according to the plans submitted by the consulting office.
Service fee
- 50 baisa: for the square meter of construction - Building licenses fees (excessive spaces on the roof floor for buildings from 50%, or the highest drawing for the square meter for buildings to cut residential lands and villas with a maximum of two films and commercial residential (apartments) or commercial. 500 baisa/square meter -Increase the basement area of the basement over the ground floor area, drawing for the excess square meter. 500 baisa/square meter - Allow residential use on a basement floor in villas only. 500 baisa/ per square meter -Increase the area of the service supplement from (20% to 30%) of the building area or (15%) of the plot area, drawing for the excess square meter. 500 baisa/square meter

- The survey drawing is recent, less than 10 years old.
- - Civil ID for persons / commercial registry for companies / legal agency in the case of heirs and the card of the heirs agent.

- - Photos from four sides of the site.
- - Previously approved plans in case of modification or addition.
- - Architectural and construction plans and construction accounts.
- - The approvals of other parties according to the requirements of the project in the attached Appendix No. (1).
- - 3D visualization of all multi-storey buildings.
- - Soil examination report (for buildings of more than three floors) and government buildings.
- - A topographical survey of lands that have a difference in levels only.

- 3- One or more leveling floor proposal.
- 4- Industrial projects with an area of construction of 3000 square meters or higher.
