Service Description


Obtaining a construction license for the purpose of building a plot of land according to the ownership deed, and the survey fee issued by the Ministry of Housing and Urban Planning and according to the plans submitted by the consulting office registered with the municipality of Muscat.

  1. Land title deed or usufruct contract for government lands (valid).
  2. The survey drawing is recent, less than 10 years old.
  3. - Civil ID for persons / commercial registry for companies / legal agency in the case of heirs and the card of the heirs' agent.
  4. - A letter from the consultant explaining that he visited the site and what is the nature of the project.
  5. - Photos from four sides of the site.
  6. - Architectural and construction plans and construction accounts.
  7. - The approvals of other parties according to the requirements of the project in the attached Appendix No. (1).
  8. - Soil examination report for buildings of more than three floors and government buildings.
  9. - 3D visualization of all multi-storey buildings.
  10. - A topographical survey of lands that have a difference in levels only.
