Business (Invest Easy)

The Invest Easy portal (One Stop Shop) provides fast and easy e-services to help set up and manage companies in Oman. Using the e-services helps minimize paperwork and save costs and time.


Customs (Bayan)

Bayan system is an online one-stop-shop offered by the Royal Oman Police (ROP) - Directorate General of Customs that facilitates seamless, convenient and fast clearance of goods for trading communities.



Ministry of Manpower provides a single online platform to the Citizens and Business Owners to find services related information and apply for those services through a unified and easy to use application.

Service Description

Registration of the usufruct contract at the request of the beneficiary and with the approval of the property owner.

  1. The original title deed.
  2. Three copies of the usufruct contract.
  3. - Survey drawing.
  4. Commercial registration papers if the beneficiary is a company.
  5. Identity and authorization documents:
  6. 1- In the event that the applicant applied for the service himself:
  7. A copy of the identity card or passport (valid).
  8. 2- If the agent submits the application:
  9. A copy of the agent’s ID card (valid).
  10. A copy of the ID card (for the applicant).
  11. – The original legal agency document includes (request to register the usufruct contract)
  1. - The property should not be reserved or mortgaged except with the approval of the mortgaged authority.
