Service Description


Registering an in-kind right on the real estate is called a mortgage, by concluding a mortgage contract between two parties: The mortgagor is the owner The property and the mortgagee are the owner of the mortgage right, and both of them must be a natural person or a legal person.

  1. The original title deed.
  2. - Mortgage contract in case the mortgagee is (Ministry of Defense, Petroleum Development Oman, Central Bank, Development Bank).
  3. - An official letter issued by the mortgagee that includes information about the property, the parties to the contract, the type of mortgage, and its value.
  4. - An authorized letter of authorization for a legal person, such as a bank, for example.
  5. 1- In the event that the applicant applied for the service himself:
  6. - Original and copy of the ID card or passport (valid).
  7. 2- If the agent submits the application:
  8. - A copy of the agent's identity card or passport (valid)
  9. A copy of the ID card or passport (valid) of the applicant.
  10. - A copy of the legal agency with a mention of (request to register the mortgage contract on the property).
