Business (Invest Easy)

The Invest Easy portal (One Stop Shop) provides fast and easy e-services to help set up and manage companies in Oman. Using the e-services helps minimize paperwork and save costs and time.


Customs (Bayan)

Bayan system is an online one-stop-shop offered by the Royal Oman Police (ROP) - Directorate General of Customs that facilitates seamless, convenient and fast clearance of goods for trading communities.



Ministry of Manpower provides a single online platform to the Citizens and Business Owners to find services related information and apply for those services through a unified and easy to use application.

Service Description

Registration of division between real estate owners according to the approval of the division approved by the court or the agreement between the parties.

  1. • Original Title Deed 2 or more
  2. • In the event that the applicants apply for the service themselves:
  3. o Original or copies of ID cards or passports (valid).
  4. • In the event that the agent submits the application: -
  5. o A copy of the agent's identity card.
  6. o A copy of the applicant's identity cards.
  7. o Original and copy of the power of attorney document including (recording the declaration of division.)
  8. • Other documents: - Partition request form in case of consensual division.
  1. • Real estate should be not seized.
  2. • In the event that the property is a mortgage, it requires the approval of the mortgaged authority.
  3. • In the event of a judicial division, bring the judicial decision or what is proven.
  4. • In the consensual division, the parties attend.
  5. • If the division between the heirs is to bring the legal media and the personal proof of the heirs.
