The Invest Easy portal (One Stop Shop) provides fast and easy e-services to help set up and manage companies in Oman. Using the e-services helps minimize paperwork and save costs and time.


Customs (Bayan)

Bayan system is an online one-stop-shop offered by the Royal Oman Police (ROP) - Directorate General of Customs that facilitates seamless, convenient and fast clearance of goods for trading communities.

Service Description

Registering the property as an endowment in the name of the endowed authority based on the request of the endower and the approval of the Ministry of Endowments and Religious Affairs and the notary public according to the form prepared for that.

  1. The original title deed.
  2. • No objection letter - issued by the Ministry of Awqaf and Religious Affairs.
  3. • In the event that the applicant applies for the service himself:
  4. o A copy of the ID card or passport (valid).
  5. • In the event that the agent submits the application:
  6. o A copy of the agent's identity card.
  7. o A copy of the applicant's identity card.
  8. o An original and a copy of the legal agency including the registration of the endowment.

  2. • The property is not seized or mortgaged.
  3. • To provide the service online on the Ministry of Endowments and Religious Affairs.
