The Invest Easy portal (One Stop Shop) provides fast and easy e-services to help set up and manage companies in Oman. Using the e-services helps minimize paperwork and save costs and time.


Customs (Bayan)

Bayan system is an online one-stop-shop offered by the Royal Oman Police (ROP) - Directorate General of Customs that facilitates seamless, convenient and fast clearance of goods for trading communities.

Service Description

The service of requesting the change of the educational institution for students studying at higher education institutions within the Sultanate of Oman and outside it for the first university stage and graduate studies. This, includes the request submitted to acceptance from the desired institution in the same specialization and a clear study plan for the course of study at the new University.

  1. - A letter from the employer requesting the university change (in the event that the employee is a scholarship).
  2. Acceptance from the university he wants to move to.
  3. - The letter of the cultural office (or the so -called student’s request summary, which is attached to the student’s file by the office after the student is transferred to the Department of External Mission or the Department of Graduate Studies and Scholarships).

  10. The competent employee reviews the application and submits it to the scholarship committee for a decision. If the scholarship recipient is an employee, the request is forwarded to their employer for consideration

  14. The scholarship committee approves and decides on the application. Once approved, the student, the embassy, and the supervisory authorities receive a copy of the committee's decision. Automatically, the student's file is updated according to the executive format of the approved decision
