Business (Invest Easy)

The Invest Easy portal (One Stop Shop) provides fast and easy e-services to help set up and manage companies in Oman. Using the e-services helps minimize paperwork and save costs and time.


Customs (Bayan)

Bayan system is an online one-stop-shop offered by the Royal Oman Police (ROP) - Directorate General of Customs that facilitates seamless, convenient and fast clearance of goods for trading communities.



Ministry of Manpower provides a single online platform to the Citizens and Business Owners to find services related information and apply for those services through a unified and easy to use application.

Service Description

Electronic service provides scholarship students and those who wish to change their scholarships to another specialization in the same educational institution, provided that their request for admission in the new specialization includes a clear study plan for both specializations.

  1. - A letter from the employer to request a change of specialization if he is an employee.
  2. - The letter of admission from the university in the new specialization.
  3. - A form to change the specialization from the institution or the supervising authority.

  1. - The service student must be a scholarship from the Ministry of Higher Education inside and outside the Sultanate for all levels of study.

  6. The application submitted by the student is automatically forwarded to the internal scholarships department, the cultural attaché, or supervising authorities to seek their academic and technical opinion according to their expertise

  10. The competent employee reviews the application and submits it to the scholarship committee for a decision. If the scholarship recipient is an employee, the request is forwarded to their employer for consideration

  14. The scholarship committee approves and decides on the application. Once approved, the student, the cultural attaché, and the supervisory authorities receive a copy of the committee's decision. The student's file is automatically updated according to the executive format of the decision taken
