Service Description


Requesting a transition from an educational institution to another educational institution (includes private higher education institutions only). - The service is available for a while during the year. - For the delegate student: The service is matched with the service provided to the scholarship students, whether academic or technical, only adding within the documents required to attach the following: (1- The student’s status of the student’s case 2- The approval of the Ministry of Labor 3- The letter of the employer). - Note: Applications for changing the educational institution are not studied by the screening committee as it is with the students scholarships by the ministry, but the request is studied by the department in terms of fulfilling the conditions and then presenting it to the Mission Committee to decide on the request.

  1. A: The Mission Committee approves requests for changing the educational institution in the following cases:
  2. 1- The student’s transfer from one university to another with justifications approved by attachments or supervisory bodies.
  3. 2- Changing the student’s educational institution on the study seat in the preparatory program or the English language program, provided that it meets the unconditional acceptance of the institution that is willing to move in the same cognitive field.
  4. 3- Changing the educational institution after the end of the preparatory program or language requirements, and the student’s fulfillment of unconditional admission to the academic program from the educational institution
