Service Description


An e-service provided to students who are studying abroad and those who wish to change the state enrolled in it, provided that their request submitted to accept admission from the state and the desirable institution in the same specialization and a clear study plan for the course of study in the country and the new university

  1. A letter from the employer requesting a change of country (in case the employee is on scholarship).
  2. Acceptance from the country and university to which he wishes to transfer.
  3. - The letter of the cultural office (or the so-called summary of the student’s application, which is attached to the student’s file by the office after the student is transferred to the Department of Foreign Scholarships or the Department of Postgraduate Studies and Scholarships).

  10. The competent employee reviews the application and submits it to the scholarship committee for a decision. If the scholarship recipient is an employee, the request is forwarded to their employer for consideration
