Service Description


An e-service that is provided to scholarship students and those who want to postpone a semester or an academic year, provided that their request submitted includes clear reasons for postponement and attachments supporting the request

  6. The request submitted by the applicant is automatically forwarded to the internal missions department, cultural attaché, or supervisory authorities for their academic and technical evaluation according to their expertise

  10. The competent employee reviews the application and submits it to the scholarship committee for a decision. If the scholarship recipient is an employee, the request is forwarded to their employer for consideration

  14. The scholarship committee approves and decides on the application. Once approved, the student, the cultural attaché, and the supervisory authorities receive a copy of the committee's decision. The student's file is automatically updated according to the executive format of the decision taken
